Shipping
The delivery time consists of two phases:
Handling time (1 to 2 business days): Once your order is received, it will be confirmed, checked, and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off is 23:00 GMT (London); orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit time (2 to 8 business days): The shipping time from our fulfilment centre to your delivery address is 2 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 business days.
Shipping to the United Kingdom is free of charge. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as public holidays or carrier delays.

Returns
90-day return window from the delivery date.
Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse.
Exchanges are not accepted. Return for a refund and place a new order if you need a different size, colour, or product.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
