This Shipping Policy sets out the destinations served by Getwellnatura, the carriers used, applicable delivery timescales, and the procedure for parcels that arrive damaged or to an incorrect address.
Who we are
Getwellnatura ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website getwellnatura.co.uk.
Where we ship
Getwellnatura currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Additional destinations will be announced on the website when available.
Delivery time
The delivery time consists of two phases:
Handling time (1 to 2 business days): Once your order is received, it will be confirmed, checked, and packaged within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off is 23:00 GMT (London); orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit time (2 to 8 business days): The shipping time from our fulfilment centre to your delivery address is 2 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
Total estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 business days.
Shipping to the United Kingdom is free of charge. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as public holidays or carrier delays.
VAT and taxes
All prices on the Getwellnatura website are quoted in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. No additional import duties or customs charges are payable on orders delivered within the United Kingdom. The price displayed at checkout is the final price payable.
Carriers and tracking
Orders are dispatched through UK carriers, including Royal Mail Tracked, Evri, and DPD. The carrier assigned to a given order is determined by parcel size, weight, and destination. After your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost or damaged items
Damaged orders: If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email info@getwellnatura.co.uk with a photograph and your order number. Where possible, retain the original packaging.
Lost orders: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Incorrect address and missed deliveries
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate. Address amendments are only possible while the parcel is being prepared at our fulfilment centre. Once a parcel has been transferred to the carrier, it cannot be redirected.
If a delivery is attempted but no recipient is available, the carrier will typically leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Parcels returned to Getwellnatura due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be redispatched once correct details are confirmed.
