What are Getwellnatura products made from?
The Getwellnatura range uses cotton, washed linen, merino wool, felted wool, bamboo lyocell, and beech wood. The exact fibre composition for each item is listed on its product page.
Why are these fibres used?
Each fibre breathes well, regulates temperature, and tends to grow softer through use. Getwellnatura pairs the material to the use case. Linen and cotton suit warmer sleepers. Merino and felted wool suit cooler rooms. Lyocell offers a smooth, cool finish.
Are the materials suitable for sensitive skin?
Cotton and bamboo lyocell are kind to the skin and finished without harsh chemicals. Getwellnatura merino is a fine-fibre wool, softer than coarser varieties. Customers with a known wool allergy should opt for the cotton or lyocell lines.
How should Getwellnatura bedding be cared for?
Cotton, linen, and lyocell items are typically safe at 30 to 40 degrees on a standard cycle. Merino and felted wool pieces should be hand washed in cool water with a wool-safe detergent, or dry cleaned. Always check the sewn-in care label, as fabric weight affects the routine.
Will the colours fade over time?
Getwellnatura fabrics are dyed to hold their colour through regular washing. Wash cool, turn covers inside out, and dry out of direct sunlight. Every textile fibre will fade if left in direct sun for long periods.
What is the expected lifespan of Getwellnatura bedding?
With routine care, cotton and linen sets stay in good condition for several years. Wool throws and cushions are durable and tend to enjoy a long service life. Linen in particular grows softer the longer it is used.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel within 90 days of receiving the goods, with no reason needed. To begin, email info@getwellnatura.co.uk or call +491623432994. The sample cancellation form and full terms sit in our Cancellation Policy.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Address changes are possible while your parcel is still being prepared in our fulfilment centre. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, we cannot redirect it. Contact us as soon as you spot any mistake.
Returns
What is the Getwellnatura return window?
The return window runs for 90 days from delivery. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of the parcel reaching our return address. Getwellnatura does not offer exchanges. Return postage falls to the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Full terms are in our Return Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your parcel turns up damaged or the wrong item was sent, email info@getwellnatura.co.uk with a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. In those cases, Getwellnatura covers the return postage and the cost of any replacement.
How do I start a return?
Email info@getwellnatura.co.uk with your order number and a short note about the item you are returning. A reply will follow with the return address and any extra instructions.
Payment and privacy
Which payment methods are accepted?
Getwellnatura takes all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal are available at checkout too. Full terms sit in our Payment Policy.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments run through Shopify Payments and other approved providers, all of which are PCI compliant. Getwellnatura never sees or stores your full card number on its own systems.
How is my personal data used?
