Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the agreement between you and Getwellnatura. Please read them before placing an order. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

1. Who we are

Getwellnatura ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website getwellnatura.co.uk. We sell bedding and bedroom textiles to customers in the United Kingdom. The words "you" and "your" refer to the person browsing the website or placing an order.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an Order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an Order. Continued use of the Site after any future change to these Terms will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Licence to use our Site

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Getwellnatura grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to resell or commercially use the Site or its contents, to collect product listings or pricing for the benefit of any other commercial enterprise, or to make derivative use of the Site.

4. Definitions

To assist clarity in these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below.

  • Cookie: a small piece of data stored on your device by your web browser, used to identify your browser, provide analytics, and remember preferences such as language or login state.
  • Company: when these Terms refer to "Company", "we", "us", or "our", the reference is to Getwellnatura, Im Hagelfeld 79, 48147 Münster, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, which is responsible for the Site under these Terms.
  • Country: the location in which Getwellnatura sells goods, namely the United Kingdom.
  • Device: any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, or computer used to visit the Site.
  • Service: the supply of Getwellnatura products through the Site, together with associated customer support.
  • Third-party service: advertisers, promotional partners, payment providers, carriers, and other parties whose products or services are referenced on or used in connection with the Site.
  • Site: getwellnatura.co.uk and any subdomain or storefront we operate.
  • Goods or Products: the bedding, throws, cushions, pillowcases, sheets, sleep accessories, and any other Getwellnatura products listed for sale on the Site.
  • Order: the request you submit at checkout to purchase one or more Goods.
  • Contract: the binding sales agreement formed between you and us when we accept your Order, as described in section 9.
  • You: a person or entity that browses the Site or registers, contacts us, or places an Order.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an Order with Getwellnatura. By submitting an Order you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your billing and delivery details are accurate. We reserve the right to cancel an Order where we have reason to believe the buyer is under 18.

6. User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, contacting us, or placing an Order.
  • Maintain the security of your account by protecting your password and restricting access to your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site, or make the Site available to any third party.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Site.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, including any notice of copyright or trade mark, of Getwellnatura or our affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.

8. Information we collect

We may collect personal information when you create an account, place an Order, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact customer service. The categories of information collected include contact information (name, email, mailing address, telephone number), payment information processed securely through third-party payment processors, and non-personal information such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site. 9. Orders and acceptance

On completion of checkout, an automatic Order confirmation is sent to you by email. This email constitutes acknowledgement of receipt of your Order and does not amount to acceptance of the Contract.

The Contract between you and Getwellnatura is formed when we send a separate dispatch confirmation email indicating that your Order has left our warehouse. Until that point, we may decline or cancel an Order, including where a product is out of stock, where there is a clear pricing error, or where a payment cannot be verified.

Where an Order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment already taken will be refunded to the original payment method.

10. Prices and currency

All prices on the Site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free of charge and is shown as such at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure pricing is accurate. Where a clear pricing error has been listed, we will contact you. You may then re-order at the correct price, or cancel and receive a full refund.

11. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout in pounds sterling. We accept all major UK debit and credit cards, together with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. 12. Delivery

Getwellnatura ships to United Kingdom addresses only. UK delivery is free on every Order. Total delivery time is 3 to 10 business days from the date the Order is placed. Further details on dispatch, tracking, and delivery partners are set out in our Shipping Policy.

13. Returns and refunds

You may return any product within 90 days of delivery for a refund. Getwellnatura does not accept exchanges. If you require a different size, colour, or product, please return the item and place a new Order.

For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is borne by the customer. Where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect product, we cover the cost of return postage. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Full instructions are set out in our Return Policy.

14. The products

Getwellnatura sells textile products for the bed and bedroom. These include throws, blankets, cushions, pillowcases, sheets, duvet covers, and small sleep accessories, all of which are general consumer products.

Photographs on the Site are taken under controlled lighting. Slight variation in colour, weave, and pattern between batches is normal for textile fibres and is not a fault.

15. Intellectual property

The Getwellnatura name, logo, product photography, written content, page layouts, and other site assets belong to Getwellnatura or to our licensors. You may browse and share links to public pages on the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, resell, or use any of our brand assets in your own commercial materials without our prior written consent.

16. User content

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment, question, or other material to us, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant Getwellnatura a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, edit, and display it in our marketing, on the Site, in our emails, and on our social channels. We will credit your first name and town where space allows.

You confirm that any content you submit is your own work and does not infringe the rights of any third party. You may withdraw permission at any time by contacting info@getwellnatura.co.uk, and we will remove the content from active use within a reasonable timeframe.

17. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You must not break the law or harass our staff or other customers. You must not attempt to access areas of the Site you are not authorised to use. You must not upload viruses or other malicious code, or scrape content for commercial reuse. We reserve the right to suspend access where we believe these rules have been breached.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you in respect of any single Order is limited to the price you paid for that Order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill arising from your use of our products or our website.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Getwellnatura and our affiliates and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

20. Your suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to Getwellnatura regarding the Site or our products shall remain the property of Getwellnatura. Getwellnatura is free to use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute the Suggestions for any purpose and in any way without further obligation to you.

21. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier strikes, fire, flood, network outages, government action, and similar events. Where such an event affects your Order, we will notify you with an updated timeline. If the delay is significant, we will offer you the option to cancel for a full refund.

22. Privacy

The manner in which we collect and handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By placing an Order you confirm that you have read that policy.

23. Cookies

The Site uses cookies to enable core functionality such as the basket and checkout, to understand how the Site is used, and to display relevant advertising. Most browsers can be configured to refuse cookies; if disabled, parts of the Site may not function correctly. 24. Links to other websites

The Site may contain links to other websites that are not operated or controlled by Getwellnatura. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites, and we do not investigate, monitor, or check them for accuracy or completeness. When you follow a link from the Site to another website, these Terms cease to apply. Your use of any third-party website is governed by that website's own rules and policies, including the use of cookies and other tracking technologies.

25. Your consent

By using the Site, registering an account, or placing an Order, you consent to these Terms of Service in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policy linked from this page. We may update these documents from time to time and will indicate the effective date at the top of each.

26. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our payment partners or our shipping arrangements. The version that applies to your Order is the version published on the Site at the moment your Order is placed. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new effective date.

27. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales. Customers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where they reside.

28. Complaints and dispute resolution

If a problem has arisen with your Order, please contact info@getwellnatura.co.uk in the first instance. We respond within two business days and resolve most issues directly.

Where an agreement cannot be reached, you may use a UK consumer alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. For cross-border purchases within the EU, the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Use of ADR is optional and does not affect your right to bring a claim before the courts.

29. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply. The unenforceable part will be read down to the minimum extent required to make it valid, and the remainder of the agreement will remain in force.
